Since there isn't a draft, trades, or waivers, there isn't that much to manage that may overwhelm newcomers. As long as you make a lineup spending all of the money in the budget, you have a decent shot at scoring well. You can learn as you go. That said, consistently doing well in DFS is a skill that keeps seasoned-vets engaged as well.
