Using Season DFS

These terms apply to seasondfs.com, app.seasondfs.com, demo.seasondfs.com, and the related Season DFS services we operate. By accessing or using Season DFS, you agree to these terms.

Season DFS is designed for a general audience. If you are under 13, do not create an account or submit personal information without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

What Season DFS provides

Season DFS is fantasy football league management software. It combines season-long standings with weekly DFS-style lineup building. Commissioners can create leagues, choose settings, invite members, and manage their leagues. Members can build lineups and follow league results.

No paid contests or gambling

Season DFS does not operate paid contests. We do not collect entry fees, hold prize money, manage payouts, facilitate wagering, or award prizes. Fees paid to Season DFS are for access to league management software, not entry into a contest.

Any private arrangement between league members is separate from Season DFS. We are not a party to it, do not enforce it, and are not responsible for disputes or losses related to it. Users are responsible for following any laws that apply to their own activities.

Accounts and league responsibilities

Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and let us know if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Commissioners are responsible for their league settings, invitations, member management, and league decisions. Season DFS is not responsible for settling disagreements between commissioners and league members.

Acceptable use

Do not use Season DFS to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• harass, threaten, or impersonate someone;
• cheat, manipulate results, or interfere with a league;
• gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• disrupt the service or introduce malicious software; or
• scrape or copy the service in a way that burdens our systems.

Payments and refunds

Some league options require a one-time fee. The price and included features are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Season DFS does not directly store your complete card information.

Refund requests are considered case by case. A request must include the reason for the refund. Sending a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

Football data and fantasy results

Scores, statistics, player status, projections, salaries, schedules, and other football data may be delayed, corrected, or unavailable. We may correct league results when underlying data changes or when we find an error. Projections and other forward-looking information are estimates, not promises of player performance.

NFL disclaimer

Season DFS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL team, or any NFL player. NFL, team, player, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Ownership and your content

The Season DFS software, design, branding, and original content belong to The GOAT, LLC or its licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of them.

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as league and team names. You give us permission to store, display, and process that content as needed to operate and improve Season DFS. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep Season DFS accurate and available, but interruptions and mistakes can happen. We may maintain, update, add, remove, or change features. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or end access when an account violates these terms, creates risk for other users or the service, or is used unlawfully. You may stop using Season DFS at any time.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

Season DFS is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, The GOAT, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. This includes losses related to unavailable or incorrect football data, lineup decisions, league disputes, or private financial arrangements between users.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Season DFS changes. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date. Continuing to use Season DFS after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
